Job Description technical vacancy CNC turner/miller

• Fully independently operating CNC (Mori Seiki, DMG with 3 or 5 axis) and conventional milling and turning machines
• Writing simple programs or adjusting them using Fanuc, Haidenhain or Siemens control system
• Producing single elements, prototypes (e.g. parts of window’s frame) or small series
• All works according to technical drawings
• Work in the big (340 employees), modern, good equipped machine park – company specializes in producing aluminium doors and windows (rarely wooden or PVC)

• salary from 14.00€ gross/h (depending on the experience and skills)

Required Skills / Qualifications technical vacancy CNC turner/miller

• At least 5 years experience as a CNC miller and turner
• Experience with operating conventional turning and milling machines
• Technical education (preferably, but experience is the most important)
• Experience in programming milling machines (it’s a big asset)
• Experience with operating milling machines with Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens control system
• Able to read perfectly technical documentation and make adjustments if necessary
• Strong communicative skills
• Technical insight
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to engage in a long term employment
• At least communicative English or Dutch
