Job Description technical vacancy Panel Beater/Car Painter

• Assembling/disassembling damaged car body
• Removing dents using manual tools and a spotter
• Working with a straightening bench
• Cutting metal sheets, welding
• Preparing the car before painting – grinding, masking, polishing, puttying
• Applying the primer and the main layer of water based paint (working in a dust free cabin)
• Mixing paint, choosing the right colours and shades
• Working with water based paint
• Very important: high quality of work, high level of accuracy

• Fully legal employment according to Belgian law
• Salary 16,00 € - 18,00 € gross/hour, depends on the experience
• Organization of accommodation (payable 65€/week)
• Free access to the internet in the accommodation

Required Skills / Qualifications technical vacancy Panel Beater/Car Painter

• Min. 5 years of experience in panel beating and painting
• Skills in dissembling/assembling car body
• Skills in using spotter and manual tools for panel beating
• Ability to work with a straightening bench
• Ability to cut and weld metal sheets
• Skills to do the preparation jobs before painting: degreasing, puttying, grinding, masking
• Experience in working with water paint
• Ability to choose the right colour and shade
• High degree of PRECISION
• Very good motivation required
• Good organization and keeping the working place clean
• Language: Language knowledge: Communicative knowledge of English
