International workers – the approach

Sometimes IMPACT customers are looking for expertise in technics or construction that simply cannot be found on the Belgian market . In this case, IMPACT looks abroad to find the perfect candidate for the job . Their International Distance Matching department is specialized in finding expertise abroad.

How it works

When IMPACT receives a request for a specific profile, they inform their foreign partners. Based on CVs in their databases, their partners present them suitable potential candidates. Next, the IMPACT recruiters analyse the CVs, call or Skype candidates and perform reference checks. The most interesting profiles are presented to their customer in a report . If there is a match between the candidate and their customer, the customer can immediately offer a contract or have a final interview with the candidate.
