Energy and water consumption is monitored (or estimated) for all locations and the energy consumption per employee or square meter is comparable to an average office.
Maintec consciously takes energy labels into account when choosing their offices.
TecqGroep has investigated the need to conduct energy audits in collaboration with Deloitte, but this was not considered necessary.
Maintec uses digital contracts as much as possible and invoices and prints are monitored per person.
Maintec has taken several measures to reduce the carbon footprint of its transportation operations, such as emitting company cars with relatively low CO2 emissions, motivating employees to carpool, and organizing as many conference calls as possible.
