What are you going to do?

Performs a wide range of tasks as an all-round upholsterer. The role requires training in furniture upholstery and the ability to work independently and take initiative. A good sense of working with fabric, leather, design, color, and finishing is essential. Contributing improvement suggestions is an important part of the job. English language skills are desirable, and good interpersonal skills are a plus.

What can you expect from us?

  • A salary approximately between €500 and €550 netto per week based on a 37,5 hour working-week;
  • Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
  • Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
  • Building up your pension from the first day of work;
  • You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
  • 8,33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May.

What do we expect from you?

Reports directly to the Foreman of the Upholstery Department.

Responsibilities and Main Tasks:

  • Preparatory tasks such as cutting, sewing, creating templates, etc.
  • Upholstering
  • Final assembly of chairs, armchairs, and sofas
  • Taking initiative to improve work efficiency
  • Using prescribed safety equipment and following safety regulations
  • Keeping the workspace, work floor, machines, and equipment clean
  • Maintaining good cooperation with colleagues and foremen
