What are you going to do?

In the Woodworking Department, you will work directly in the production of high-quality packaging, where precision, technical rigor, and experience in woodworking are essential. Main responsibilities:

  • Machine operation: operate carpentry machines to cut, shape, and prepare wood components;
  • Working from technical drawings, reading and correctly interpreting specifications;
  • Manual assembly: assembling packaging and wood components using various tools and techniques;
  • Quality control: performing inspections, checks, and sorting of finished products;
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards;
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure an efficient production flow.

What can you expect from us?

Employment conditions:

  • Gross hourly wage €15.83 per hour
  • Net salary between €520 and €550, based on a 40 hour working week
  • Weekly salary payments
  • Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

Vacation & benefits:

  • 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly with your salary)
  • 8% holiday allowance, paid once per year in May
  • Pension scheme from your first working day

Housing, transport & practical support:

  • Certified accommodation arranged by Maintec – private single room
  • Housing arranged as close as possible to the workplace
  • Transport to and from work arranged by Maintec (company car)
  • Healthcare insurance arranged by us (weekly contribution)

What do we expect from you?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical production or carpentry/woodworking environment;
  • Experience or training in carpentry/woodworking (strong advantage);
  • Mandatory ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
  • Preference for background in furniture manufacturing (meubelmaken);
  • English level B1/B2 for communication in the workplace;
  • Technical, precise, and quality-oriented profile;
  • Team spirit, reliability, and motivation;
