What are you going to do?
As a Foam Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling foam components and technical boxes according to technical drawings and diagrams. This role requires a high degree of precision, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately in an organized and demanding production environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Assemble foam components and Foam & Pallet Cases based on technical drawings and diagrams;
- Read, interpret, and execute instructions from technical documentation;
- Measure, cut, and shape foam materials with high precision;
- Use different hand and power tools, including glue guns and hot air guns;
- Work meticulously, where refined manual dexterity and attention to detail, is essential;
- Perform quality checks to ensure that the final products meet the required standards;
- Keep the workplace clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards;
- Actively collaborate with other members of the production team.
What can you expect from us?
Employment conditions:
- Gross hourly wage €14,83/ h plus 18% shift allowance
- Net salary approximately €500 per week, based on a 40 hour working week
- Weekly salary payments
- Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation
Vacation & benefits:
- 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly with your salary)
- 8% holiday allowance, paid once per year in May
- Pension scheme from your first working day
Housing, transport & practical support:
- Certified accommodation arranged by Maintec – private single room
- Housing arranged as close as possible to the workplace
- Transport to and from work arranged by Maintec (company car)

What do we expect from you?
- Ability to communicate in English (level B1/B2);
- Approximately 3 or more years of professional experience in a production environment;
- Experience in assembling
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
- Ability to work safely, accurately, and in an organized manner;
- High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail;
- Availability to work two shifts;
- Driver's license (car) is preferred;
