What are you going to do?

As a cleanroom technician, you will work in a small team of 5 skilled and technically proficient colleagues. The team operates in two shifts:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings to accurately cut and assemble protective packaging components made of materials such as foil and foam.
  • Ensuring the quality of the products you handle.
  • Inspecting and repairing various types of damage to high-tech packaging and components.
  • Replacing high-tech parts when necessary.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to repairs and quality control.
  • As a technician, you will be responsible for repairing more complex technical damages on returned packaging and high-tech parts. You will follow repair instructions and checklists to ensure efficient use of materials and meet quality standards.

What can you expect from us?

Employment terms:

  • Gross salary of €14,55 per hour excluding 118% shift allowance;
  • Resulting in a salary approximately between €480 and €500 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
  • A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions
  • Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
  • Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
  • Building up your pension from the first day of work;
  • You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
  • 8,33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May.
  • Health insurance

Housing & transport

  • Clean, safe and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
  • In our housing you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
  • Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport);
  • Transport to- and from work is arranged by Maintec
