What You’ll Do
As a Cleanroom Assembler, you’ll be working in a highly controlled cleanroom environment, assembling precision parts used in high-tech packaging. Your tasks include:
- Assembling small and intricate components with great precision.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions.
- Performing quality checks to meet top-level standards.
- Inspecting and repairing high-tech packaging and parts.
- Replacing damaged parts and documenting your work carefully.
- Following cleanroom protocols and maintaining a contamination-free workspace.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in a production or technical assembly environment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- The ability to work from technical drawings and checklists.
- A focus on quality, precision, and cleanliness.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A valid EU passport or EU citizenship (required).
- A driver's license (preferred).
- Availability for a 2-shift system:
- Morning: 06:00 – 15:00
- Evening: 15:00 – 00:00

What We Offer You
We ensure you're well-supported from day one:
- €14.55/hour + 18% shift allowance = Approx. €480–€500 net/week (40h).
- Long-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
- Extra working hours available if you want to earn more.
- Paid weekly and in accordance with Dutch labor laws.
- Pension from Day 1, 20 vacation days/year, 8.33% holiday allowance.
Housing & Transport Arranged
- Comfortable, clean, and certified housing near your workplace.
- Private room in shared accommodation.
