What are you going to do?

As a Cleanroom Operator – Precision Cleaning, you will perform precision cleaning and handling of sensitive components used in high-tech manufacturing. The work is practical, detail-oriented, and requires strict adherence to procedures and hygiene standards. You will join a small, experienced team, contributing to consistent high-quality results in a professional environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute precision cleaning of components according to strict protocols and technical specifications
  • Use cleanroom-approved chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and correctly
  • Perform cleaning processes such as wet ultrasonic cleaning, steam cleaning for hard‑to‑reach areas, thermal bake‑out treatments, and CO₂ “snow” cleaning to meet strict high‑tech cleanliness standards.
  • Handle and package components carefully to avoid contamination
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cleanroom workspace
  • Record basic production data and report issues
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
  • Wear and properly use cleanroom protective clothing and equipment

What can you expect from us?

Employment conditions:

  • Gross salary: €15.13 per hour + 118% shift allowance
  • Net salary approximately €480 – €500 per week, based on a 40 hour working week
  • Weekly salary payments

Vacation & benefits:

  • 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly with your salary)
  • 8% holiday allowance, paid once per year in May
  • Pension scheme from your first working day

Housing, transport & practical support:

  • Certified accommodation arranged by Maintec – private single room
  • Housing arranged as close as possible to the workplace
  • Transport to and from work arranged by Maintec (company car)
  • Healthcare insurance arranged by us (weekly contribution)
  • Full assistance with BSN registration and bank account setup, if needed
