What are you going to do?
As an Isolator, you will apply insulation systems in utility and industrial environments. Your role focuses on insulating exposed surfaces of technical installations according to technical drawings and site safety regulations.
Your main tasks include:
- Applying thermal and acoustic insulation to exposed surfaces of equipment, boilers, tanks, pipes, ducts, and steam systems in utility and industrial environments
- Working with insulation materials such as mineral wool, Armaflex, PIR, and similar systems
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials accurately
- Applying finishing layers such as cladding, sheet metal, or protective coverings
- Reading and working from technical drawings
- Following site safety procedures and regulations
What can you expect from us?
Employment conditions
- Gross hourly wage between €15.00 – €19.00, depending on experience
- Net weekly salary between €500 – €650, based on a 40-hour working week
- Possibility to work overtime
- Weekly salary payments
- Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

- 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly together with your salary)
- 8% holiday allowance, paid once per year in May

What do we expect from you?
- Around 3 years of experience as an Isolator in utility or industrial environments
- Experience with thermal and acoustic insulation materials
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Driving licence category B
- Communicative English (B1/B2 level)
- Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one (can be arranged by Maintec)
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team
