What are you going to do?

As a Materials Handling Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all workstations are properly supplied and running smoothly.

Packaging consists of various materials processed using specialized machinery. Each workstation in the production area requires specific tools, materials, and skills.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supplying the correct materials to workstations;
  • Providing the appropriate tools at each workstation;
  • Delivering the right product to the right place within the defined deadlines;
  • Identifying and resolving anomalies, whenever necessary, in conjunction with the supervisor;
  • Supporting stock management tasks, such as counts and checks;
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from contamination;
  • Work closely with operators and other team members;
  • Work effectively as part of a team;
  • Assemble, stack, and handle products manually;
  • Assemble and package insulation and packaging components;
  • Perform quality checks and product sorting when necessary.

What can you expect from us?

Employment conditions:

  • Gross hourly wage €15,11/ h plus 18% shift allowance
  • Net salary between €500-550 per week, based on a 40 hour working week
  • Weekly salary payments
  • Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

Vacation & benefits:

  • 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly with your salary)
  • 8% holiday allowance, paid once per year in May
  • Pension scheme from your first working day

Housing, transport & practical support:

  • Minimum education: VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education);
  • Experience with forklifts is mandatory.
  • Driver's license is an asset
  • Availability for shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to midnight
