What are you going to do?
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will work in a modern workshop environment assembling, wiring, and fine-tuning high-tech machines. You work independently and together with colleagues, following technical drawings and clear work instructions.
Your main tasks include:
- Assembling machine modules based on technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Wiring installations and connecting motors, drives, sensors, and control panels
- Fine-tuning, adjusting, and testing assembled modules
- Assisting in the assembly of complete machines
- Performing functional checks and reporting deviations
- Working according to safety, quality, and technical standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop
What can you expect from us?
Employment conditions
- Gross hourly wage between €15.00 – €18.00, depending on experience
- This results in a net salary between €500 – €600 per week, based on a full-time working week
- Weekly salary payments
- Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation
Vacation & benefits
- 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly together with your salary)
- 8% holiday allowance, paid once per year in May
- Pension scheme from your first working day
- Tools, work clothing, and full personal protective equipment (PPE) provided

- Certified accommodation arranged by Maintec – private single room
- Housing arranged as close as possible to the workplace

What do we expect from you?
- Experience as a Mechanical Fitter, Machine Assembler, or similar role
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Experience with mechanical assembly and basic electrical wiring
- Experience connecting motors, drives, sensors, and control panels is an advantage
- Communicative English (B1/B2 level)
- Driving licence category B
- Accurate, responsible, and team-oriented working attitude
