What are you going to do?
Packaging consists of various materials that are processed using appropriate machines. Each role in the sawmill requires specific skills, and you will work independently.
Your tasks:
- Setting up and operating woodworking machines
- Precision sawing according to technical drawings
- Manual assembly and stacking of products
- Assembling and packaging packaging and insulation elements
- Quality control and sorting
What can you expect from us?
Employment terms:
- Starters salary of €14,71+ €2,61 (18% shift bonus for every worked hour) = €17,32
- Resulting in a salary approximately between €500 and €550 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
- A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions;
- Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
- Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
- Building up your pension from the first day of work;
- You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
- 8,33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May;
- Health insurance;
Housing & transport
- Clean, safe and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
- In our housing you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
- Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport);
- Transport to- and from work is arranged by Maintec;

What do we expect from you?
- Able to communicate in English B1/B2 level
- Approximately 3+ years of work experience in a production environment
- Available for working 2 shifts
- Driving license (car) is preferred
- Soft skills that match with the company culture: team player, proactive, and motivated
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
