What are you going to do?
We are looking for production workers who can perform well both independently and as part of a team. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assembling components for doors and window frames, and operating production machinery
- Inspecting the quality of materials and finished products
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while contributing to process improvements
What can you expect from us?
- Gross salary of €14,40 per hour;
- Resulting in a salary approximately between €460 and €480 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
- A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions
- Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
- Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
- Building up your pension from the first day of work;
- You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
- 8.33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May.
- Health insurance
- Clean, safe and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
- In our housing you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
- Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport);
- Transport to- and from work is arranged by Maintec;

About the company: Our client is a modern, medium-sized company specializing in the design, development, sales, production, and installation of interior door and window frame systems. The production process is highly automated and takes place across several branches, where various products are manufactured, including: complete door sets, style/lacquer doors, HPL doors, steel frames, wooden window frames, sliding door systems, and hinges. You'll be working alongside 20 other Maintec employees who take pride in their craft — just like your future colleague!
What do we expect from you?
You have experience in production work and feel confident operating tools and machinery.
- You enjoy hands-on, physical work and have a basic technical skill set.
- You are familiar with working with hand and power tools.
- A category B driving license is preferred (we provide company transport).
- You can communicate in English at a B1/B2 level.
- EU citizenship is required for this position.
