What are you going to do?
We are looking for candidates for a production position, who are able to work both in a team and independently.
Main responsibilities:
- Installing a well-known door component
- Setting up, checking, and operating machinery
- Inspecting the quality of materials and finished products
- Cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Thinking along and contributing to structural improvement opportunities
What can you expect from us?
- Gross salary between €14.06 per hour;
- Resulting in a salary approximately between €450 and €480 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
- A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions
- Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
- Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
- Building up your pension from the first day of work;
- You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
- 8.33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May.
- Health insurance
- Clean, safe and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
- In our housing you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
- Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport);
- Transport to- and from work is arranged by Maintec;

About the company: Our client is a modern, medium-sized company specializing in the design, development, sales, production, and installation of interior door systems.
The production process is highly automated and takes place across several branches, where various products are manufactured, including: complete door sets, style/lacquer doors, HPL doors, steel frames, wooden window frames, sliding door systems, and hinges. You'll be working alongside real professionals who take pride in their craft — just like your future colleagues.
What do we expect from you?
Ideally, you have experience in a similar position and feel at home in a production environment where products are assembled using the appropriate machines and tools.
- You have experience with assembling and mounting components
- You are technically skilled and enjoy hands-on work
- You enjoy working as part of a team
- You have a valid driver’s license
- You speak English well
