What are you going to do?
As a Residential Electrician, you will work on electrical installations in housing projects, including new-build and renovation works. You will install, connect, and maintain electrical systems in homes and apartments, working based on drawings and technical instructions.
Your main tasks include:
- Installing electrical installations in residential buildings
- Installing and connecting sockets, switches, lighting, and distribution boards
- Laying cables, conduits, and cable routes in walls and ceilings
- Reading and working from electrical drawings and installation plans
- Performing functional checks to ensure all systems operate correctly and safely
- Working according to safety regulations and quality standards
What can you expect from us?
Employment conditions:
- Gross hourly wage between €15.00 – €19.00, depending on experience
- Net salary between €500 – €650 per week, based on a 40-hour working week
- Possibility to work overtime
- Weekly salary payments
- Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation
Vacation & benefits:
- 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly together with your salary)
- 8% holiday allowance, paid once per year in May
- Pension scheme from your first working day
- Tools, work clothing, and full personal protective equipment (PPE) provided
Housing, transport & practical support:
- Certified accommodation arranged by Maintec – private single room
- Housing arranged as close as possible to the workplace
- Transport to and from work arranged by Maintec (company car)
- Healthcare insurance arranged by us (weekly contribution)
- Full assistance with BSN registration and bank account setup, if needed

What do we expect from you?
- Around 3 years of experience as electrician
- Ability to read electrical drawings and installation plans
- Driving licence category B
- Communicative English (B1/B2 level)
- Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one (can be arranged through Maintec)
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team
