What are you going to do?
As a Technical Worker, you play a key role in ensuring the quality and reusability of returned high-tech packaging.
Using your technical knowledge, you carry out inspections, maintenance, and repairs according to detailed instructions and technical drawings. You work efficiently, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Independently inspecting, repairing, and maintaining returned packaging according to strict quality standards
- Handling complex mechanical components such as sensors, springs, and other high-tech parts
- Safely operating tools, machinery, and transport equipment (e.g., reach truck and reach stacker)
- Conducting quality checks and completing basic administrative records
- Complying with all safety, environmental, and cleanliness protocols
What can you expect from us?
Employment terms:
- Gross salary between €15.18 and €15.49 per hour;
- Resulting in a salary approximately between €550 and €600 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
- A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions
- Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
- Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
- Building up your pension from the first day of work;
- You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
- 8,33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May.

Housing & transport
- Clean, safe and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
- In our housing you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
- Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport);
- Transport to- and from work is arranged by Maintec;

What do we expect from you?
- Approximately 3+ years of work-experience in a technical environment;
- Able to communicate in English B1/B2 level;
- Able to read/understand technical drawings! (MUST HAVE)
- Driving license (car) is preferred;
- Soft-skills that match with the company-culture: teamplayer, proactive and being detail-orientated
