What are you going to do?
You'll be working as the first mechanic and team instructor, sharing your knowledge and skills. You also be fully responsible for making sure the new bike mechanics will be at the required skill level to get your operation up and running on a high as possible level. You'll be working with full autonomy and supporting everyone whenever it is needed. Whenever there are questions people will come to you to get the answer they need.

Where are you going to work?
You'll be working in the warehouse in Den Bosch. Where a lot of colleagues are waiting for your help to guide them through your and their working day. Together you will be fixing as much bikes as possible during the day while keeping the working floor a nice place to come to.
What do we expect from you?
What do we need from you:
- MBO bike mechanic, and some years of experience as a mechanic
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- A structured and organised way-of-working
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- You speak English
