What are you going to do?
Als Lasrobotoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van de verschillende lasrobots van de merken ABB en Valk Welding. Ook het omstellen tussen diverse orders en producten behoort tot je taken. Daarnaast ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de optimalisering van de lopende productie.
Your tasks:
- Welding products using the welding robot according to given instructions, drawings and processing sequences.
- Carrying out a visual inspection of the welding.
- Manual tacking and welding of welding.
- Adhere to and complete the measurement instructions.
- Ensure correct data regarding timesheets, material consumption and production numbers.
- Maintain a neat and orderly workplace.
- Able to identify and resolve minor faults.

Where are you going yo work?
It is a company that thinks together with the customer. The client comes with an idea or a small sketch, and they then analyze the construction possibilities, design, development and production of the product. Projects of all kinds are presented, from power supplies for the offshore market to housings for bakery equipment in the food industry and steel parts for buses.
What do we expect from you?
- You have an MBO education, in the direction of Construction Worker / Welder or experience at an equivalent level.
- We are looking for several welding robot operators with experience in MIG/MAG and/or TIG (level 2).
- You have quality awareness.
- You can work in an orderly and structured manner.
- You can read and understand technical drawings well.
- You have experience with welding robots from the ABB and/or Valk Welding brand.
