What are you going to do?
As a Woodworking Operator L2 / CNC, you will be responsible for operating and controlling woodworking machines, including CNC machines, ensuring that parts are produced according to technical drawings and defined quality standards. The role requires technical skill, precision, and the ability to understand technical drawings. Work is performed in a 2-shift system, Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00.
Main responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking machines, including CNC machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Set up and adjust basic machine parameters
- Check measurements and quality of produced parts
- Identify deviations and report technical issues
- Work safely and in an organized manner
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines
What can you expect from us?
Employment conditions:
- Gross hourly wage €15.80 per hour + 18% shift allowance;
- Net salary approximately €460 – €480 per week, based on a 40 hour working week
- Weekly salary payments
Vacation & benefits:
- 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly with your salary)
- 8% holiday allowance, paid once per year in May
- Pension scheme from your first working day
Housing, transport & practical support:
- Certified accommodation arranged by Maintec – private single room
- Housing arranged as close as possible to the workplace
- Transport to and from work arranged by Maintec (company car)
- Healthcare insurance arranged by us (weekly contribution)
