What are you going to do?

As a Workshop Carpenter, you will work on the production of prefabricated roof structures in a professional workshop environment. Depending on your experience and preference, you will work either at the CNC sawing machine or in the assembly department.

You work based on clear technical drawings and contribute to tailor-made roof solutions that customers can build on further. Quality, accuracy, and teamwork are central to your daily work.

Your main tasks include:

  • Producing prefabricated roof structures in a workshop environment
  • Operating CNC sawing machines or working in roof element assembly
  • Reading and working from clear technical drawings and work instructions
  • Assembling, fitting, and finishing wooden roof elements
  • Delivering custom-made solutions with high quality standards
  • Working neatly, safely, and efficiently together with colleagues
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace

What can you expect from us?

Employment conditions

  • Gross hourly wage between €14.71 – €16.00, depending on experience
  • Net salary approximately €450 – €600 per week, based on a 37.5-hour working week
  • Weekly salary payments
  • Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

  • 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly together with your salary)
  • 8% holiday allowance, paid once per year in May
  • Pension scheme from your first working day
  • Tools, work clothing, and full personal protective equipment (PPE) provided

  • Certified accommodation arranged by Maintec – private single room
  • Housing arranged as close as possible to the workplace

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience as a carpenter, workshop carpenter, or woodworker
  • Experience with prefabricated elements or roof structures is an advantage
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Experience with woodworking machines; CNC experience is a plus
  • Communicative English level (B1/B2)
  • Driving licence category B
  • A precise, safety-conscious, and team-oriented working attitude
