What are you going to do?

As a Production Worker, you play a key role in supporting the Machine Operator with processing customer orders using a range of woodworking machines. You'll be involved in cutting, planing, and profiling timber to match the exact specifications of our customers. Together, you ensure that every order is produced, finished, and packaged with care and precision — so that our customers receive the right products, on time. A formal degree isn’t required for this position. What truly matters is your hands-on mentality and eagerness to get the job done. In this role, there are also plenty of opportunities to grow and develop into a Machine Joiner.

  • A gross hourly wage of €14,06 with a net weekly income of €480–€500 based on a 40-hour workweek

Your Qualities: You’ve got what it takes, because:

  • Collaboration comes naturally to you, but you’re also comfortable working independently.
  • You take initiative and know how to get things done.
  • You have experience with carpentry machines that cut, plan, and profile wood.
  • You have a good command of English (B1/B2 level).
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus.
