What are you going to do?

As a Prefab Carpenter, you will work in a team to produce complete prefabricated roofs and dormers at our Terneuzen factory. Your responsibilities include:

Following work orders from the Foreman, including plans, drawings, and instructions
Reading and interpreting technical drawings independently
Measuring and assembling roof structures with precision
Reporting completed tasks to the Foreman for verification and quality checks

What can you expect from us?

Weekly salary: €500–€550 net, based on a 37.5-hour work week
Contract: Dutch employment contract for 37.5 hours per week, with long-term intentions
Salary payments: Fully compliant with Dutch laws and regulations
Pension: Start building your pension from your first day of work
Paid vacation: 20 vacation days per year for full-time employees
Holiday allowance: 8.33% of your annual salary, paid in May
Health insurance
Housing: Clean, safe, and certified accommodation arranged via Maintec
